Our Assets
With nearly 50,000 hectares, Estancia Baño Nuevo, located in the eleventh region of Aysén, is our livestock production unit. This property is dedicated to the production of beef and lamb, wool, and sheep cheese. With a livestock population of approximately 44,000 sheep and cattle, including their offspring, Estancia Baño Nuevo produces unique products in a natural environment, thanks to its location and ecology.
Located in the commune of Buin, with unsurpassed climate and soil conditions for the production of Mediterranean fruits, the company owns 560 hectares irrigated with water from the Maipo River and dedicated to the production of fresh and dried fruit.
Located in Estancia Baño Nuevo, our modern cheese factory produces the extraordinary Boladero cheese (our trademark) from the purest milk, sourced from sheep raised on natural pastures.
Our plant boasts state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to process our own prunes and those of third parties with efficiency and quality recognized by the international market. Located in El Fundo El Parrón, it allows us to produce, process, and export our prunes directly to markets while maintaining complete control over our product.
